We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our website. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information as necessary.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within states where it is legal to ship alcoholic beverages. Shipping restrictions and regulations vary by state. By placing an order, you certify that the shipping address is in a state where we are legally permitted to ship.

All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are refused, undeliverable, or returned due to the recipient's unavailability to sign for the package.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable laws, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@twobroadscider.com.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy requirements. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Club Memberships

Club memberships are subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of enrollment. Memberships may be cancelled according to the terms specified in your membership agreement.

Club shipments are processed automatically according to your membership schedule. You are responsible for ensuring your payment and shipping information is current.

8. Tasting Room Visits

Visitors to our tasting room must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication or disruptive behavior.

By visiting our tasting room, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Two Broads Ciderworks or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
